10 Data Management

10.1 Data Storage

The device supports storing the following data:

Data types Data Description
System Log Serial number, software release version, total runtime, battery information, electrode information, cumulative self-test count, last self-test result, and error code from the last self-test failure.
Treatment Log
  • Record electrocardiogram
  • Record impedance
  • Impact data delivered (quantity, impact energy).
  • Emergency duration of CPR
  • CPR feedback sensor data (only applicable to devices with CPR sensors)
Event Log Error events, warning events, configuration events, device status information, device analysis, CPR feedback information (only applicable to devices with CPR sensors).
Audio Log The device's language information

Note: When the device's storage space is full or the maximum number of files is reached, the oldest data will be overwritten.

10.2 Data Output

This device supports exporting data from the device to a storage device. This data may not be suitable for diagnostic purposes or patient treatment. Please follow these steps to export data from the device:

  • Remove the electrode plug from the electrode socket.
  • Insert the USB drive containing the Metrax license file.
  • Turn on the device
  • The data will be automatically exported to the USB drive.
  • When the sub-button is continuously illuminated by the light, the data is successfully processed.

10.3 Equipment Configuration

The device has already been configured by the manufacturer or distributor. You can also use myPrimedic Configuration App to change the device's basic settings.

Note: To change the configuration, please contact your local dealer or other dealer.

10.4 WLAN Configuration

The device's WLAN module is optional. The WLAN module supports remote management and monitoring of the device. For support regarding WLAN configuration and updates, please contact customer service.

Note: Data transmission from the device to the server via WLAN is encrypted.

10.5 LTE Configuration

The device's LTE module is optional. The LTE module supports remote management and monitoring of the device. For support on LTE configuration and updates, please contact customer service.
